CHICAGO—DTZ, a global property services firm headquartered in Chicago, has just restructured its global occupier services leadership team. The firm set up GOS specifically to handle some of the world's largest occupiers who seek regional or global solutions for their real estate portfolios.

Quentin Knights, the former leader of GOS Americas operations, has been named to the newly created position of executive vice president of global operations, GOS. Currently based in Palo Alto, CA, Knights will relocate to DTZ global headquarters in Chicago. As part of the restructuring, DTZ will also move Boston-based Todd Richardson, senior vice president of new business development in facilities management, into a new position as head of business development for GOS Americas. Richardson will maintain his office in Boston.

The restructuring comes on the heels of a series of personnel moves by DTZ. In March, it promoted Martin Woodrow to head of global occupier services for the Americas region. And a few weeks before that, GlobeSt.com reported that Adam Stanley had been brought in as the new chief information officer.
