DENVER—First Data Corporation has leased 98,000 square feet of office space at 5775 DTC Boulevard in the Denver Tech Center.

First Data, a global payments processing leader, is relocating from Greenwood Plaza in November 2014. Doug Wulf, Dan Miller and Whitney Hake of Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider, represented the landlord during the lease transaction. Bruce Dodge and Dan McGowan of JLL represented First Data.

“5775 DTC Boulevard has undergone major renovations to become one of the Denver Tech Center's best contemporary office choices,” said Doug Wulf, executive managing director at Cassidy Turley. “First Data's new space features high ceilings, large windows and highly efficient 40,000 RSF floorplates in a prime location with countless nearby amenities, easy access to I-25 and walking distance to the Orchard Light Rail Station.”
