SAN ANTONIO–Kennedy Wilson executives exclusively tell GlobeSt.com the firm has added seven professionals to its San Antonio office. The new hires previously worked with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
“This was the perfect opportunity to add a team of seasoned brokers, all of whom are well-respected in our industry,” says Steve Pyhrr, senior managing director of Kennedy Wilson's Texas operations. “The addition builds on our already solid footprint in this region to allow for further future growth with an extremely solid senior team, and we are very excited about this direction.”
Thirty-year veteran, Ernest Brown was hired as co-managing director. He will work with Charles 'Butch' West who has been the managing director of brokerage and leasing in Austin since 2012.

Additionally, the new hires include Rick Stagers, senior director; George Harcourt, senior director; Barbara Crane, senior director; Cynthia Ellison, senior director; Clint Hennessey, senior director; and Jorge Rodriquez, senior associate. With these hires Kennedy Wilson has grown its Texas team to more than 80 professionals.
The new group will be located in the Mercantile Building, Kennedy Wilson's second San Antonio location.
Kennedy Wilson is based in Beverly Hills, CA and operates 24 offices in the US, UK, Ireland, Spain and Japan.
