Prospective Tenants Coming to WTC

NEW YORK CITY—A trio of firms is said to be considering One and Four World Trade Center, though GlobeSt.com has learned the deals aren't as big—or as near completion—as is being reported.

NEW YORK CITY—Finally, it appears that tenants are considering space at the World Trade Center. One fashion company is reportedly looking to sign a lease at 1 World Trade Center while a technology firm also is interested and a third organization is eyeing 4 World Trade Center.

Men’s clothier Hugo Boss is in “serious talks” with 1 WTC owners, the Port Authority Of NY &NJ and the Durst Organization for office space at the tower, according to the New York Post. Hugo Boss is now headquartered at the Starrett-Lehigh Building on far West 26th Street.
