DALLAS–Henry Terech has been promoted to senior vice president at Transwestern. In his new position, Terech will provide project management services, construction management, project consulting, and management services to clients throughout the area. He will also continue to oversee the company's Midland/Odessa project management group.

“Henry's vast experience has made him a vital asset to the firm,” says Jack Eimer, president of Transwestern's Central region. “His work ethic and team-oriented attitude are a testament to the people we are committed to recruiting and retaining.”

The 25-year industry veteran, joined Transwestern in 2001. Prior to this position, Terech was a private consultant for Dunhill Development. He also worked as the senior vice president of Extell Development.

In the course of his career he has managed the development of more than 3 million square feet of ground-up construction, 4.5 million square feet of commercial office tenants improvements and more than 1,000 luxury multifamily units. These projects have an aggregate value of more than $1 billion.
