NORWOOD, NJ–Precision Technology renewed its lease of 52,000 square feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises' industrial complex here – after 30 years of tenancy.
The orthopedic implant, engineering design and manufacturing company occupies 50 Maple St. in the six-building portfolio that also includes 335, 355, 375 and 385 Chestnut Street, and 10 Maple St.
“Lease renewals are a positive expression of tenants' satisfaction with our buildings. We have enjoyed a long relationship with Precision Technology Inc., and their confidence in and recommitment to the space speaks to the quality of this industrial asset,” said Jerry L. Barta of Alfred Sanzari.
The tenant is a producer of plastic orthopedic implants and trial components, surgical support instruments and precision-machined parts. The core business is the manufacture of prosthetic hip, knee and extremity implants.
The Norwood complex has quick access to The Palisades Interstate Parkway, Route 9W, the New York State Thruway, and the George Washington and Tappan Zee bridges.
50 Maple was recently upgraded with new windows, awnings and loading dock improvements.
Barta says, “The Norwood portfolio represents some of the best industrial space in the northeastern part of Bergen County.” The properties are functional for light industrial, warehousing, high-tech or R & D tenants. There are currently spaces available in sizes ranging from 20,400 to 111,424 square feet.
