LONDON—Cushman & Wakefield says it has represented salesforce.com, the world's #1 CRM platform, on its expanded lease agreement at Heron Tower in the City of London.

The arrangement includes the right to have the building name changed to Salesforce Tower. The deal negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield includes salesforce.com securing a total of 76,679 square feet on floors 26 – 31, making salesforce.com the largest tenant in the building.

The Cushman & Wakefield team leading the transaction included Dan Harvey in San Francisco and Peter Victor in London, along with team members Tori Hockersmith, Michael Griffiths, John Coons, Anna Jensen and James Meikle.
