LAS VEGAS-Hold onto your hat. The web can't actually offer everything. Coreland Cos. president Chris Hite says that brick-and-mortar retailers have an edge they can promote, and in this exclusive video interview from the show floor of RECon 2014, he explains what that edge is. He also says that there are changes afoot in the SoCal retail market, namely a new wave of retailers who are making shopping more than just a needs-based experience.

In this interview Hite will explain:

  • The influx to California of more national investors;
  • The importance of the Town Center; and
  • The overall outlook for retail in SoCal.
