MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate shows no sign of slowing growth as Tere Blanca continues inking exclusive office leasing agreements—and adding new staff to run with the commercial real estate balls. Blanca just added Elizabeth Vergara to the talent pool.
Vergara will serve as a senior vice president in the Blanca's landlord agency leasing practice. She brings over 10 years of industry experience to the firm. She participated in notable transactions with Humana/CAC, Firestone, Univision, Marriott, Arthur J Gallagher, and the General Services Administration (GSA) in lease deals.

Vergara comes to Blanca from Adler Realty Services, a vision of Adler Group that specializes in property management and brokerage services. There she served as director of leasing, responsible for leasing and marketing of Adler's South Florida office/flex portfolio.
Having completed an average of more than 100 lease transactions per year, Vergara received Flagler's Work Horse Award for 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008. She was also recognized as one of CoStar's “Top 20 Miami Office Leasing Power Brokers” in 2008 and 2010. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is actively involved as a member of CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women).
In April, Blanca added Diana Pubchara as its first-ever CMO and promoted Danet Linares to vice chair of the firm in February. Recent landlord wins include Related Group for 444 Brickell and Douglas Entrance Office Park in Coral Gables.
