MIAMI—Blanca Commercial Real Estate shows no sign of slowing growth as Tere Blanca continues inking exclusive office leasing agreements—and adding new staff to run with the commercial real estate balls. Blanca just added Elizabeth Vergara to the talent pool.

Vergara will serve as a senior vice president in the Blanca's landlord agency leasing practice. She brings over 10 years of industry experience to the firm. She participated in notable transactions with Humana/CAC, Firestone, Univision, Marriott, Arthur J Gallagher, and the General Services Administration (GSA) in lease deals.
