SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ—Piramal Glass USA, a packaging solutions company for the pharmaceutical, perfume and liquor industries, has leased 209,106 square feet of distribution and office space at 329 Herrod Blvd. here.

The deal was announced by brokerage firm Colliers International. The building is owned by Liberty Property Trust of Malvern, PA and will serve as an expansion and relocation of operations from Piramal's current warehouse facility in May's Landing, NJ.

Piramal Glass was represented by the Colliers' team of Jim Scott and Marc Isdaner based in in the brokerage firm's Southern New Jersey offices and John Kainer based in Collier's Central New Jersey location.

The property is located in the exit 8A industrial submarket, with corporate neighbors that include Home Depot, FedEx, Costco, Kellogg's, Ford, Volkswagen, and Staples.
