PHILADELPHIA—The World Forum for Foreign Direct Investment is holding a three-day conference at the Union League tjis moth that is expected to draw more than 300 global business leaders.

The London-based organization will hold its annual meeting at the 2014 World Forum for Foreign Direct Investment from June 16-18. Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett is scheduled to give a welcoming address on Tuesday, June 17.

Among the numerous economic issues to be covered at the conference includes a panel discussion entitled “Tomorrow's World” that will look at trends, risks, sectors, and opportunities that will drive the global economy in the future. Panel participants are to include: Dr. Mark Zandi, chief economist with Moody's Analytics; Roman Bukary, vice president and general manager of manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries for NetSuite; and Dr. Karl Sauvant, resident senior fellow, Vale Columbia Center on Sustainable Investment-Columbia Law School-The Earth Institute-Columbia University.
