ATLANTA—Multifamily management company Pinnacle reports it has added two key executives to its growing Southeastern US operations.

Dallas-based Pinnacle has named Karen Nelson vice president/relationship manager, and Joseph Renaud, regional property manager. Both will be based at Pinnacle's recently opened Atlanta office.

Nelson is charged with cultivating new and existing client relationships in Pinnacle's Southeastern market and brings more than 17 years of real estate experience to the firm. Prior to Pinnacle, she procured new business for Bell Partners in the firm's mid-Atlantic region and significantly expanded the company's management portfolio. She also held an operational and leadership role with Stellar Advisors, a regional manager position with Equity Residential and a regional leasing and marketing director role with RREEF.
