Bohn Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Director

JACKSONVILLE, FL—Julie Bohn, a broker with Cantrell and Morgan Inc., has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida's Land & Special Assets Brokerage Services group based here as a director.

JACKSONVILLE, FL—Julie Bohn, a broker with Cantrell and Morgan Inc., has joined Cushman & Wakefield of Florida‘s Land & Special Assets Brokerage Services group based here as a director.

From 2006 to 2010, Bohn served as an appraiser for Cantrell Real Estate specializing in eminent domain and bankruptcy cases. In 2010, she transitioned to a brokerage role with CRE’s sister company, Cantrell and Morgan, Inc., where she specialized in the disposition of distressed portfolios and assets for bank real estate owned (REO) departments and land acquisitions for investors.
