NEW YORK CITY—Cassidy Turley has promoted nine members of its staff here. The individuals being elevated are long-time employees of the firm, some for more than 20 years.

Former executive managing directors David Hoffman, Jr and James B. Frederick both were made vice chairmen. Harry Krausman went from managing director to senior managing director and Graham Stevens was promoted to managing director from the role of SVP. Former VPs Stephen Bellwood and Katherine Mahon were made managing directors while Bryan Boisi went from associate to VP. Lastly, Peter Corrigan is now a portfolio manager after serving as a VP and Travis Kim jumped from assistant project manager to project manager.

Since 2010, Cassidy Turley's New York office has grown by more than 100 employees, to include over 400 brokers, consultants and administrative staff. The company has added more than three million square feet of space to its property management portfolio this year and grew revenue by over 22 percent in the last year alone.
