WOODBRIDGE, NJ—Advance Realty and F. Greek Development have begun work on a 190,000-square-foot refrigerated warehouse and distribution building here that is pre-leased to Preferred Freezer Services, a national operator.
The facility is being built on a 9.3-acre site at 275 Blair Road for completion next year.
Advance 's president, Peter J. Cocoziello, said the project site is a key location and the new facility will be state-of-the-art . He also said he expects other corporations to “follow Preferred Freezer's lead in developing tailored industrial facilities in the region.”
