SAN ANTONIO—Stream Realty Partners is finalizing plans for its latest office development project in San Antonio. The One51 Office Centre is located in the Westover Hills. Stream will break ground in August with completion the second quarter of 2015.
Located at 10162 Highway 151 in San Antonio, between Military Drive West and Potranco Road, this master-planned corporate environment provides energy-efficient systems including dual low-E glass windows, ample green space with mature trees to complement the landscape, and a floor plate design to accommodate tenants from 22,000 to 100,000 RSF. Parking will be at a 6:1,000 ratio.
Carolyn Hinchey Shaw, managing director for Stream, tells GlobeSt., “It really is in a great submarket, which is home to many large corporations with theoretically no vacancy.”
Situated on 8.28 acres with great freeway visibility and a 20-minute drive from San Antonio International Airport, the One51 Office Centre offers 100,000 square-feet of office space in the expanding Westover Hills San Antonio area which is home to many Fortune 500 companies such as Nationwide Insurance, Wells Fargo, The Hartford, Kohl's, The Capital Group, Frost Bank, and JP Morgan Chase.
