PHOENIX—Clear Title Agency of Arizona announces the promotion of a key member of its management team. Mike Winters has been promoted to vice president of East Valley Operations at Clear Title Agency of Arizona.
Winters joined the Clear Title team just over 3 years ago as the branch manager of the Mesa/Gilbert Branch. He has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of operations in the escrow and title industry, including various management level positions previously at The Talon Group, Capital Title Agency of Arizona and United Title Agency. In his new position, Winters will oversee East Valley Operations, which includes recruiting, marketing, branch support and mentoring.
"Mike has done a fantastic job as a manager of several very successful branch operations over his career. He has consistently demonstrated the leadership qualities that will ensure success in his new position,“ says Jim Clifford, president, of Clear Title.
