HOUSTON–Arium Briar Forest has sold to Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors. The 476-unit garden-style apartment complex was sold by Carroll Organization. The sale price was not disclosed.
The recently renovated apartment complex is located at 12951 Briar Forest Dr. and is close to Interstate 10, Highway 6 and Beltway 8.
“This property is adjacent to the Enclave Business Park, which houses Sysco, Dow and Toyota as tenants,” says Ryan Epstein of CBRE, who brokered the deal for the seller. “These major employers will ensure a steady stream of renters in this market for years to come.”
Amenities include a clubhouse, business center, 24-hour fitness center, three swimming pools and tennis courts. The units contain stainless-steel appliances, sunrooms, private patios and balconies.
