MONTVALE, NJ−Pet Valu Inc. has leased four spaces recently in northern New Jersey, including one for 4,400 square feet in the Montvale Shopping Center. David Dunkelman of Soloff Realty & Development represents Pet Valu exclusively in the state.

Pet Valu is a specialty retailer that supplies pet care, on-site expertise and nutrition for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, fish, and small animals, and operates over 400 stores in the US and Canada.

Pet Valu recently opened for business in 3,741 square feet in Clifton Towne Square on Allwood Road near the intersection of Route 3 and Passaic Avenue in Clifton. William Farkas of Jeffrey Realty, Inc. represented the landlord at the shopping center, which is also home to a Trader Joe's, Ulta Cosmetics, Torrid, Smash Burger, Amazing Savings, Sleepy's, and Annie Sez.
