NEW YORK CITY–Anne Jablonski has joined Cushman & Wakefield as executive managing director of global business development strategies for its valuation and advisory group.

Jablonski joins the firm following a leadership role within the New York office of Situs, where she was actively involved in building and supervising the firm's due diligence, underwriting and consulting services platform for major investment banking clients.

In this new role at Cushman, Jablonski will be responsible for creating new global business strategies and expanding relationships with the firm's traditional appraisal clients. Working with the valuation group's leadership team, she also will play an integral role broadening the execution platform to help align the firm's premier asset class expertise with the firm's global relationships.

“Anne brings nearly two decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry,” says John D. Busi, EVP, global head of Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory group. “Hiring a professional of Anne's caliber allows us to continue to expand our client base as we continue to leverage our core strengths and create paths to connect our regional relationships across domestic and international borders.”
