PLANO, TX–Raul Esparza has been named the managing director and global account director for the Ericsson relationship for Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he will be based in Plano, TX.
In this position Esparza will be responsible for Integrated Facilities Management Services for the Ericsson portfolio in North American, Latin America and India. He will also coordinate the transactions and major project management services for portfolio activity.
Previously Esparza worked for JLL as executive vice president and client account and operations director for Latin America. While in that position he oversaw several lines of business including facilities management, project management, workplace strategies and energy consulting services. He worked for JLL for 13 years.
