DALLAS–Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Farmers Market. The 313-unit apartment community sits on 4.7 acres near the Dallas Farmers Market.
“With the revitalization of the Dallas Farmers Market next door and a resurgence in Deep Ellum, our residents will have great access to restaurants and entertainment in the area all while being in close proximity to the downtown office market,” says Ryan Miller, Wood Partners' development associate.
The four-story, 262,000-square-foot property will include a clubroom, fitness facility, a pool, grilling area, fire put, and covered outdoor lounge. Alta Farmers Market will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each apartment will have stainless steel appliances, recycled-glass countertops and faux wood flooring. The building will also have a top-floor deck and lounge with a downtown skyline view.
Construction is expected to complete in the second half of 2015 and leasing to begin in the second quarter of 2015.
