Large Commercial Loft Gets Marketed in Brooklyn

NEW YORK CITY—The 65,000-square-foot property is suited to several tenant types and is being marketed by Kalmon Dolgin, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

NEW YORK CITY—Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for a 65,500 square-foot loft space at 984 Atlantic Ave., in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. The property includes a 5,000-square-foot parking lot.

Robert Klein of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates will be the exclusive leasing broker for the loft spaces. RIPCO Real Estate is handling the ground floor retail space at the property. Lloyd Goldman of LG Second Generation Partners owns the building.
