HOUSTON–Pavonis Group's new real estate technology company, RealNex, has started its first phase of integration for its newly acquired product suite. Part of this new product includes the live version of Real Estate Assistant, a customer relationship management tool that is designed for the commercial brokerage industry. The whole suite was demonstrated last week at RealComm in Las Vegas.
The new system includes features like event scheduling, report and brochure creation and a comprehensive contract/company database. It also allows users to auto sync to Microsoft Office in order to track and link deals, listings, properties, buyers, seller, tenants, spaces and comps. All of this will allow users to access the crucial information from anywhere through read-only mobile device access.
"This is the first step in moving REA to the cloud. We are thrilled with the client reaction and the possibilities as we move the product forward," says Jeff Finn, partner with The Pavonis Group, who led the demonstration. "The opportunity to take this technology to the next level is a significant step for REA and the commercial real estate industry itself. RealComm was a great opportunity to allow us to present this to others in the industry and further emphasize the integration of technology and commercial real estate."
REA, REI Wise and Property Line have joined forces in RealNex, so that users can gain more utility and functionality, all the while eliminating redundancy and cutting time. Property Line is a listing system that promotes brokerage firms, provides hosted listing systems and offers marketing tools. REIWise is an analysis software company that streamlines the process of proposal creation, financial investment and comparative lease analysis to the development of flyers, brochures, property websites and deal rooms.
