NEW YORK CITY—The outer boroughs are "white hot." After reviewing optimistic citywide first quarter numbers as well as the lighter results for Manhattan, that's the only way to explain it.

In the latest installment of the Knakal News Network, Massey Knakal chairman Robert Knakal breaks down the results and shows just how those outer borough numbers are driving the comparisons with 2007.

In the video, you'll also hear about:

  • The outer borough dollar value and number of properties sold for the quarter,
  • What's fueling the current property frenzy, and
  • The winners and losers in the outer boroughs.
