BOISE, ID—Carter, and Pinecrest Partners have completed site selection for a 236-unit multifamily develoment near Boise State University here.

The development, to be branded in the coming months, will be located less than half a mile from the university, with sites at 1600 South Lusk Place and 1105 South La Pointe Street.

“We are excited to offer this development in Boise, which we believe will set a new standard of quality for housing in the local market,” said David Nelson, senior vice president of Carter's development team. “This community will provide students and young professionals the high-quality amenities they demand, in a location that offers easy access to the university's main campus and the growing downtown area.”
