EL PASO, TX–IndCor Properties has purchased the 10/375 Industrial Portfolio. The 1-million-square-foot purchase was sold by an institutional seller, who was represented by CBRE. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The class A bulk distribution portfolio contains seven buildings. The entire collection was built between 1994 and 1996. The buildings feature 24-foot to 30-foot minimum clear height and 120-foot to 140-foot truck courts.
The 10/375 Industrial Portfolio is 83% occupied with tenants that include ProTrans International Inc., Electrical Components International and Handgards Inc.
Located in El Paso, TX, the industrial property has immediate access to Interstate Highway 10 and Loop 375.
CBRE has been retained by IndCor Properties as the leasing and property manager.
CBRE's Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan, Heather McClain Venegoni and Anthony Mash represented the seller in the transaction.
