SEAUCUS, NJ—River Drive Construction has been hired to build out a new office for The RealReal, an online luxury resale marketplace, at an existing warehouse/office facility in the Harmon Cove industrial park here, GlobeSt.com has learned.

The rapidly growing online marketer offers authenticated luxury goods, including women's and men's designer fashion, fine jewelry and watches, and fine art.

The RealReal will occupy the entire 128,835-square-foot building at 35 Enterprise Ave., where it will store items available for purchase at TheRealReal.com. River Drive will build out of the office portion of the space, which totals 10,000 square feet.

“We're thrilled to be awarded the opportunity to construct a new home for one of the world's most exciting and fastest growing e-commerce marketplaces,” said Joseph Langan, president of the construction firm. “The RealReal's decision to come to Secaucus is a boon for the entire region, and we look forward to creating a space that will keep the company here for years to come.”

Brian Tobiasz, president of Tobiasz Management Company, is overseeing the construction project on behalf of The RealReal.

River Drive Construction, based in Elmwood Park, N.J., was established in 1989 by Bernard F. Langan, the founder and former president of Langan Engineering Associates, as the firm's construction arm, later shifting to providing construction and consulting services to developers, management companies, end users and major corporations in New Jersey, southern New York and Pennsylvania under the direction of Joseph Langan.
