HOUSTON–Panattoni Development Co. has broken ground on a three-building warehouse/distribution project. The development cost is estimated to be $26 million.
Panattoni Partner, Todd King, says this project is the largest distribution center under construction in Houston's Northwest industrial market.
“This location is the bull's eye for tenant and user demand in Houston. We'll deliver a critical mass class A business park well suited to meet their needs,” King says.
The buildings will be 441,000 square feet, 155,400 square feet and 67,200 square feet. Located in Beltway Crossing Northwest at 11802 N. Gessner, the buildings will be offered for sale or lease.
Cushman & Wakefield has been named broker for the project.
