HOUSTON–Cassidy Turley has brought on Jason Dillee as vice president of industrial project leasing. In this new role, Dillee will represent landlords in the industrial market helping to expand the company's capabilities in the industrial sector.
“Jason is an accomplished broker with excellent relationships with institutional owners, the development community and local, private investors,” says Bret Bunnett, regional managing principal for Cassidy Turley in Texas. “He is an outstanding addition to our Houston team and will play an instrumental role as we expand our industrial capabilities in one of the most active markets in the US.”
Dillee will work with John Nicholson, senior managing director.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Dillee worked as a principal for Holt Lunsford Commercial. In that role he led the company's industrial leasing efforts. He represented clients like Principal Financial Group, TA Associates, TIAA-CREF, Centerpoint Properties, ML Realty, High Street Realty Company, Greenfield Partners and Mayfield Partners.
