SADDLE BROOK, NJ–The Park 80 East office property here has retained Solomon Page Group as a tenant and the staffing solutions and executive search firm significantly expanded its lease, taking an office that became available on the same floor
The renewal and expansion to 3,462 square feet was arranged for the tenant by NAI James E. Hanson. The building is located at 160 Pehle Ave.
NAI Hanson's Joshua Levering represented the company in the transaction.
“To support its growing business, Solomon Page Group desired a larger space, but wished to remain in the same building due to its excellent location, reputable ownership and high-quality amenities,” Levering said. “When the space adjacent to their current office became available, Solomon Page jumped at the opportunity to expand while remaining on the same floor.”
The property provides a sought-after Bergen County location in close proximity to New York City, Levering noted.
Park 80 East is named for its highly highway-accessible location: It is situated within minutes of the Garden State Parkway and routes 80, 46 and 4.
