HOUSTON–Sealy & Co. has tapped Derrick Jones to be regional manager in the company's local office. The commercial real estate investment and operating company focuses on buying, constructing and redeveloping warehouse and industrial/flex properties.
Jones will be responsible for growing the company's local platform through both acquisitions and development.
“Sealy & Co. has experienced an exceptional growth rate with their full service industrial platform, and now plan to increase market share in Houston,” Jones says. “Joining their management team, I am pleased to be tasked with growing their presence in this dynamic market and leasing their portfolio.”
Prior to joining Sealy & Co. Jones worked for Colliers International, Commercial and Investment Realty Advisors, Verde Corporate Realty Services and Holt Lunsford Commercial.
Sealy & Co. has eight offices across the country, with corporate offices in Dallas and Shreveport, LA.
