NASHVILLE—Amstar just sold a trophy retail asset in Nashville. Southside at McEwen, a high-end grocery-anchored shopping center with Whole Foods front and center, has a new owner.

HFF managing directors Jim Hamilton and Richard Reid, along with senior managing director Mark Sixour, represented the seller. Nashville Business Journal reports the shopping center was expected to fetch about $40 million.
