SAN JOSE, CA—Colliers International says that investment professionals Jay Gomez and James Kaye will take the reins as senior vice presidents of Colliers International's Capital Markets Group, Silicon Valley. Gomez and Kaye will now be responsible for managing institutional client relationships and originating investment sales assignments throughout the Silicon Valley, and will work jointly with Colliers International's key capital markets teams throughout the western region.

“The coordinated delivery of outstanding investment services around the needs of our institutional and private clients is our mission.” said Brian Ward, president of Colliers International's Capital Markets group in the Americas. “Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area are critical areas of interest to many of our top investment clients, being the epicenter of the world's knowledge-based economy. Having Colliers' professionals such as Gomez and Kaye serving that market, provides those key clients an assurance of excellence and stewardship.

"This is a natural transition for our brokers, our clients, and for James and Jay," said Jeff Fredericks, executive managing director of Colliers' San Jose office. “Having a team in place that has an established reputation and track record in the Bay Area will facilitate a smooth transition, and allows us to hit the ground running.”
