PLANO, TX–Silverstone Healthcare Co. has broken ground on HarborChase of Plano. The project will create 120 units in an assisted living and memory care community on Preston Road at Highway 121.

“We believe HarborChase will be the highest quality community in the marketplace and that we will make a difference in the lives of Plano seniors,” says Silverstone's Chairman and CEO, Denny Alberts. “We believe that Harbor Retirement Associates will offer the gold standard in assisted living and memory care services to our residents.”

Amenities at HarborChase of Plano include a living room, library, salon, spa and wellness center. There will also be a community dining room, private dining, outdoor dining as well as an exhibition kitchen and coffee bar.

Construction financing has been provided by Texas Capital Bank. Rogers O'Brian has been tapped as the contractor while BOKA Powell and Interior Design Associates have been named as architect and interior designers, respectively. Lincoln – Harris CSG will provide brokerage services.
