HOUSTON–Transwestern has expanded its local multifamily services group with the addition of Tim Gregory as SVP and Ryan Mendez as senior associate. The two will focus on advisory services and work closely with investors in order to maximize the value of investments, identify market opportunities and facilitate transactions.

“Tim and Ryan bring a winning combination of experience and passion for negotiating the best deals for our clients,” says Ed Cummins, Transwestern's SVP of multifamily services. “Their experience with multi-market clients and financial underwriting will be a strong addition to our multifamily services team as we expand our presence throughout the country.”

Gregory has been working at Transwestern for more than 10 years now. Mendez previously worked as the COO os a locally-based development firm. He has also worked in J.P. Morgan's real estate banking division.
