CARLSBAD, CA—Zephyr Partners has opened condo sales for its new SummerHouse community—an enclave of 35 ocean and lagoon view luxury homes—located in the heart of Carlsbad.
Zephyr recently broke ground on the new community, located at 2303 Ocean St. on the picturesque Buena Vista Lagoon, a tranquil ecological reserve and wetlands area. The community is open for information and the first homes will be ready to move in late 2014/2015.
Bringing a touch of hospitality to the housing industry, Zephyr is introducing an onsite concierge – on hand to perform a range of helpful tasks for residents, from scheduling a surf lesson to walking the dog.
With California Coastal architecture, the community is located on three acres adjacent to the lagoon, with on-site amenities such as a pool, fire pits and cabanas, and a fitness center. As part of Zephyr's unique building nature, each of the 35 floor plans vary from building to building, with eight general styles.
The single-story homes range from 1,800- to 2,700-square-feet, with two and three bedrooms and 2.5 or three bathrooms. Each will feature a water view from a large private balcony. Other fine touches include disappearing cantina doors on to the large lanais, a wide kitchen island, top of the line appliances, designer cabinets and detailed interior finishes.
Steps from the beach and a short stroll to the Village of Carlsbad, the community is close to a full range of recreational options, including the Pacific Ocean for fishing, hiking, paddle boarding and water skiing, and Calaveras Park with hiking, mountain biking, and fishing. The community is also a half-mile from the Coaster Station – and a short ride to downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo and SeaWorld. It is also in close proximity to Palomar Airport, which offers private and commercial flights. Prices will start in the low $1,300,000s.
