Work and Sales Begun on SummerHouse Luxury Condo Project

New luxury condo community, SummerHouse, will feature on-site concierge, and a setting that overlooks Buena Vista Lagoon and the Pacific.

CARLSBAD, CA—Zephyr Partners has opened condo sales for its new SummerHouse community—an enclave of 35 ocean and lagoon view luxury homes—located in the heart of Carlsbad.

Zephyr recently broke ground on the new community, located at 2303 Ocean St. on the picturesque Buena Vista Lagoon, a tranquil ecological reserve and wetlands area. The community is open for information and the first homes will be ready to move in late 2014/2015.
