Lowe Enterprises Acquires Delaware Apartment for Client

NEWARK, DE—The 228-unit Christina Mill complex was acquired on behalf of an investment client.

NEWARK, DE—Lowe Enterprises Investors has acquired the 228-unit garden-style Christina Mill Apartments here on behalf of an investment client. Korman Residential was the seller. Built in 1992, the 25-building complex is located at 100 Christina Mill Dr. in the New Castle area, spread out over 18.5 acres.The property traded for an undisclosed price.

Bleecker P. Seaman, co-CEO of Lowe Enterprises Investors, says the company plans to make several improvements to the property, including upgrading the units and modernizing resident amenities. Already some 10% of the apartment units have been renovated.
