NEW YORK CITY—American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc. reports that Patrick J. Goulding, a former managing director and global head of portfolio management for Morgan Stanley, has been named chief financial officer of the firm.

Goulding succeeded Nicholas Radesca effective July 1, the company states. Goulding will be responsible for the financial operations of American Realty Capital Global Trust and will report to the company's President and CEO Michael Weil.

“I am pleased to welcome Patrick to ARC Global,” Weil says. “With over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, Patrick brings a wealth of expertise managing alternative investments and implementing finance and operating structures to support global investment activities.
