AMN Healthcare Signs $120M Lease Renewal

SAN DIEGO, CA—AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., one of San Diego’s most prominent companies, renewed its lease for 175,000 square feet of office space at 12400 High Bluff Drive in Del Mar Heights. AMN’s corporate headquarters has been located here since 2003, when Kilroy Realty Corporation constructed the 210,000-square-foot, class A office property as a build-to-suit for the company. AMN signed a long-term renewal valued at approximately $120 million, the largest lease transaction in San Diego County this year in terms of total dollar consideration.

Douglas Lozier, SVP of Savills Studley’s San Diego office, represented the tenant in the early lease restructure and renewal. Lozier, who leads the office’s Life Science, Healthcare and Technology Real Estate Advisory Practice, has represented AMN on numerous transactions across the United States.
