HOUSTON–Cassidy Turley has added Bill Wolff to its local team. He will be joining the office as executive managing director of office tenant representation.

“We continue to expand our Houston platform with proven professionals, furthering our ability to provide exceptional client service,” says Bret Bunnett, regional managing principal for Cassidy Turley in Texas. “Bill is a wonderful addition to our Houston Occupier Services team and will expand our service offerings with the start of a new service line in Houston.”

The 25-year industry veteran has overseen more than 500 assignments, totaling more than 7 million square feet of lease transactions. He specializes in representing occupiers of high-rise office buildings as well as flex and high-tech properties.

Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, he was a top producer at DTZ. Throughout his career he has also held positions with local developer Gerald D. Hines as well as at Trione & Gordon.

Stay tuned for an in depth Q&A with Wolff next week.

As GlobeSt.com reported at the end of June, Cassidy Turley also expanded its industrial platform with the addition of Jason Dillee as vice president of industrial project leasing.
