AUSTIN–Locally-based Oden Hughes has started a new property management division, which will be lead by Stephani Park. The industry veteran has worked in the multifamily property management sector for more than 25 years.
“Oden Hughes is well-known for building apartments of the highest quality, and we will apply the same high standards when it comes to property management,” Park says.
The property management division will provide a full range of services including due diligence, pre-acquisition services, on-site operations, lease ups, financial reporting and renovation management. Additionally the division will provide management services to third-party class A communities in major Texas markets.
“Our commitment to quality doesn't end with construction,” says Oden Hughes Co-Founder Steve Oden, in a statement. “Our new property management division allows us to better serve our investors and residents by providing first-class customer service that consistently adds value and encourages a strong sense of community. It also gives us the ability to provide the same benefits to other owners of high-quality properties.”
Prior to joining Oden Hughes, Park was a regional vice president at Riverstone Residential Group.
Oden Hughes, which was founded in 2010, focuses on properties in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston.
