DALLAS–Just two months after Stream Realty Partners launched its national multifamily services division it has brought on nine specialists. Lead by Jeff Patterson, the group will focus on multifamily property owners in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, with hopes to expand elsewhere in the country.
“The team and I were attracted to Stream Realty's entrepreneurial culture because not only does it empower talented people, but that spirit greatly drives the firm's revenue and success,” Patterson told GlobeSt.com in an exclusive interview.
New team members include Matt Heininger, senor vice president of multifamily; Colleen Grahn, vice president of multifamily operations; Max Reinbach, vice president of multifamily and brokerage; Kelly Witherspoon, vice president of multifamily; Jonathan Boone, vice president of multifamily; Boyce Rigby, associate of multifamily; Chad Rigby, associate of multifamily; Charles Marrs, senior financial analyst of multifamily; and Patty Roberts, graphic designer of multifamily.
