CHICAGO—JLL has just recruited veteran tenant representation brokers Todd Mintz, Jeff Miller, Andy Strand, Kyle Harding and Jay Heald from DTZ. All have joined the firm's Chicago office.

Together, the team of five brings more than 65 years of experience providing commercial real estate strategy and portfolio management services to both national and local clients in a variety of industries including banking, financial services, insurance, energy, marketing, and advertising, among others.

“Todd, Jeff, Andy, Kyle and Jay exemplify the kind of collaborative, client-centric and solution-oriented approach that JLL is known for,” says Dan Ryan, JLL's central region market director. “Their addition will allow us to serve our existing clients in new and different ways and pursue additional opportunities here in Chicago, across the Midwest and beyond.”

Mintz and Miller join the firm as managing directors, Strand as an executive vice president, Harding as a senior vice president and Heald as a senior associate.

“With its truly global reach and full platform of services — not to mention some of the most talented people in the business — JLL provides me an opportunity to provide the highest level of commercial real estate services to corporations,” Mintz says. “I have worked in parallel with many of JLL's brokers for many years now and have always admired their commitment to excellence and shared their philosophy of teamwork and collaboration. I am excited to be joining the JLL team.”

“Todd and his team have been national leaders in the broker-led account space for many years,” adds Steve Stratton, executive managing director of JLL's tenant representation group. “This 'single-point-of-contact' model has become a favored strategy for many large and mid-sized companies. Todd and his team are key components of our ongoing plan to grow this increasingly important part of our JLL platform of services.”
