SAN FRANCISCO—SC Builders has relocated and expansion of its San Francisco office to 109 Stevenson Street, on the corner of 2nd Street. The new space in SOMA is ideally located to easily accommodate expanding office operations and a broadening client base.
“We launched our San Francisco operations in this neighborhood two years ago and we were fortunate to be able to relocate just a few blocks away at 109 Stevenson Street,” said Kirk Wagerman, senior project manager and principal in the San Francisco office of SC Builders. “Our new location allows us to accommodate our expanding team and future growth.”
SC Builders' long list of clients, including some of Silicon Valley's top technology companies, bolstered SC's move into San Francisco during this technology building boom, and has resulted in rapid growth in the last two years. SC Builders recently completed Eventbrite's 97,000 sq. ft. new headquarters located just a few blocks away at 155 5th Street. Other recently completed high profile projects include G2 Insurance, Appirio, and Real Page.
SC Builders was founded in 1999 by Sam Abbey and Chris Smither. The company's diverse resume of work includes the top technology firms in the Bay Area as well as mission critical, life science and institutional clients. With more than 85% of the firm's volume coming from repeat clients, SC Builders says it strives for construction excellence, unwavering commitment, and unparalleled safety. The company says that 100% of its project managers and 75% of superintendents are LEED accredited.
