PLANTATION, FL—Fresh off the recent sale of another building inside the Plantation Technology Park comes word that another property is on the market for sale.

Investment sales firm CapasGroup Realty Advisors reports it has been selected as the exclusive agent for the sale of the 34,812 square foot office/flex building located at 1700 NW 65th Ave. in the park.
