MIAMI—After acquiring strategic office assets in Flagler Station Business Park, DRA Advisors has tapped Blanca Commercial Real Estate as its exclusive leasing agent. Blanca will handle leasing for three class A office buildings spanning 387,360 square feet in the 9 million-square-foot Miami park.

Specifically, Blanca is leasing Flagler Station's Buildings 1100 (1045 NW 117th Avenue), 1200 (9725 NW 117th Avenue) and 1300 (9675 NW 117th Avenue). Flagler Station is located directly off the Florida Turnpike in the City of Medley. That's just six miles from Broward County, 2.5 miles from the City of Doral, and close to airports and seaports in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
