ORLANDO—As Downtown Orlando continues to post occupancy gains, one of the urban core's most recognized buildings has traded hands. The SunTrust Bank office has sold for $18.8 million.

Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust sold the 10-story office building to 200 Orange Realty, a local investment group. The buying entity comprises local real estate investors, including Jim Gissy and Ed Wideman.

Michael LaPointe, executive managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) Capital Markets in Miami, and Atlanta's Peter Everett, managing director, and Daniel Yi, associate, represented the seller. Mark Hillis, a senior managing director with NGKF Capital Markets in Atlanta and Whitney Knoll, senior managing director, led the team.
