ADDISON, TX—CBRE says mobile app developer Bottle Rocket has leased 49,570 square feet at The Aberdeen located at 14841 Dallas Parkway in the Dallas suburb of Addison. The firm will relocate from Wellington Centre, also in Addison, by the end of the year.
Jeff Eiting, vice president; and Clay Vaughn, first vice president; who lead CBRE's Technology and Media Practice Group in Dallas, represented Bottle Rocket in site selection, lease negotiations and economic incentive evaluation. Sarah Catherine Norris, Mark Jordan and Ben Jones, with Sooner Management, represented the landlord, JP Aberdeen Partners, LP.

“We've worked with Bottle Rocket for more than three years as they continue to grow—and now into their third move,” said Eiting. “We have a great team, including Gensler and CBRE's Project Management group, that has incorporated a balanced workplace theme while capturing the 'embrace the impossible' mantra of Bottle Rocket's founder Calvin Carter. With the new space, we will finally get to see the Bottle Rocket stamp from start to finish on a space—this will be a true headquarters.”

The Addison-based firm known for developing successful apps for high profile clients like NPR, ABC News and National Geographic, started operating from subleased space with a few employees in 2008 and has since grown to more than 180 employees, with plans to continue to grow.
